Our office works with many different insurance plans. Please review the list of insurance plans that we currently work with. If you do not find your insurance plan, please contact our office staff or your insurance provider.

We currently will be participating with:

• MS Physicians Care Network
• First Choice of MS
• Medicare
• Medicaid

It is important for you to know what your particular insurance policy covers because there are many different insurance plans even within the same company.

Please provide complete and accurate information about your insurance policy, so we will be able to submit claims to your insurance carrier. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards.
